Wacker Neuson at Tiefbau Live 2025

06. October 2025, 15:10

• Focus on new wheel loader models

• DV60 dumper with innovative bucket changing system for the first time

• Participation in model construction site ‘Electromobility in compact and landscaping construction’

From 9 to 11 October 2025, visitors to the demonstration trade fair for road construction and civil engineering in Karlsruhe, Tiefbau Live (RATL), will be able to experience Wacker Neuson's construction machinery and equipment live at stand F406. At the trade fair, Wacker Neuson will present compact construction machinery and equipment as well as the battery-powered solutions from the zero emission series. "RATL is an excellent platform for us to present our latest innovations in the field of electrified and compact construction machinery technology to a broad specialist audience," explains Axel Fischer, Managing Director of Wacker Neuson Germany. "With the fully electric EZ10e, the new generation of wheel loaders and our redesigned vibratory plates, we are demonstrating how consistently we are developing our portfolio in the direction of efficiency, performance and sustainability. A particular highlight is the use of the EZ26e and
WL300e on the model construction site for electric mobility – here, visitors can experience our machines up close in practical use. We are delighted to be exhibiting at RATL and to be able to engage in direct dialogue with our customers and partners."

Solutions for efficient material transport

Wacker Neuson is presenting a new electric wheel loader at RATL: the WL300e, with an operating weight of around 2.5 tonnes, scores particularly highly in terms of comfort (cushioned driver's cab!) and safety. The new, optionally available loading system with a lift height of approx. 2.3 metres
significantly increases the machine's tipping load and ensures optimum visibility of the working environment and the attachment. With a whole range of new wheel loaders, Wacker Neuson is ensuring even greater efficiency and comfort on the construction site. The cabins of the new WL750, WL950 and WL1150 models have been optimised: the widened access makes it easier to get in and out frequently, panoramic front and rear windows offer optimum all-round visibility of the working environment and ergonomically arranged controls make it easier to concentrate on the job. The
easy service access of all three models enables efficient maintenance and thus maximises the running times of the machines.

Solutions for flexible use

In the field of dual view dumpers, Wacker Neuson presents an innovative body changing system on the proven DV60 dumper. It enables quick and easy body replacement, for example, to switch from a rotary tipping body to a three-way tipping platform. With different buckets, the range of applications can be expanded, machine utilisation increased and the dumpers used even more flexibly, e.g. as a truck replacement.

Solutions for efficient compaction

In the compaction sector, Wacker Neuson is showcasing its reversible APU battery plates at RATL, which are powered by the Battery One standard battery and are available with centrifugal forces of 28 and 33 kilonewtons and working widths of 40, 50 or 60 centimetres. The battery-powered APU28 and APU33 vibratory plates are easy to operate and can be started at the touch of a button. Their DireX direct drive – developed in-house by Wacker Neuson – ensures power transmission without transmission and friction losses, resulting in longer running times and lower maintenance costs. Wacker Neuson is also expanding its range of reversible compactors with petrol or diesel engines with a new generation of DPU and BPU models. They are available with a compaction force of 52 and 62 kilonewtons and working widths of 47 cm, 60 cm and 75 cm.
